Job Description

Looking for experienced and motivated Bench Sales Recruiters (2-5 Years) for our Madhapur, Hyderabad office (onsite)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing bench consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT) to implementation partners and direct clients, submitting profiles on major job portals, building vendor/client relationships, and closing positions efficiently
This role requires a strong understanding of US tax terms, excellent communication, and the ability to meet hiring targets
Female candidates are eligible for a one-way drop facility
