Role & responsibilities
- Manage relationships with existing clients to increase wallet share and cross-sell products.
- Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market research.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for Retail Assets, CASA, and Current Account Sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive banking landscape.
Preferred candidate profile
- 1-10 years of experience in Banking Sales or related field (preferably in Emerging Corporates).
- Strong understanding of Banking Products, Banking Sector, and Retail Assets.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship management.
