We are seeking an International BPO Executive to join our team in India. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-1 years of experience who are eager to start their career in the BPO industry and provide exceptional customer service to our international clients.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Document all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and performance.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications and proficiency in using MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts.
