Key Responsibilities
Opportunity Management
- Identify relevant service lines and gather information for comprehensive proposal responses.
- Consolidate inputs from cross-functional stakeholders and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Gather and analyze data to support deal solutioning (volumetrics, assumptions, baselines).
- Track and manage the bid plan, including status updates, risks, and dependencies.
- Maintain and report presales support information such as deal analytics, prospect lists, and BD assets.
- Ensure strict adherence to bid management processes, procedures, and approval matrices.
- Plan, schedule, and facilitate interteam meetings; capture MoM and POA to advance pursuits.
- Act as point of contact for pursuit activities, coordinating solution storyboarding, leadership reviews, and client orals.
Collateral & Thought Leadership
- Prepare tailored sales presentations and collateral for client context.
- Support creation of marketing collateral like fliers and Statements of Qualifications.
- Contribute to intellectual property development (white papers, solution accelerators) aligned to CIS offerings.
- Ensure consistent use of brand guidelines and approved templates.
Client Visit Management
- Coordinate operational aspects of client visits (agenda, materials, logistics).
- Own visit readiness checklist to ensure smooth execution (if applicable).
