Role Description

This is a full-time/ part-time on-site Barista position located in Pune . The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and inviting cafe environment, and fostering a positive customer experience. Additionally, the role involves assisting with food preparation and ensuring efficient cafe operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Barista skills and knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members
• Customer service abilities to create a welcoming and positive experience for guests
• Experience or willingness to assist with food preparation and maintaining hygiene standards
• A passion for coffee and an eagerness to learn and share coffee-related knowledge
• Basic organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in a hospitality or service-focused role is an advantage
