This is a full-time, on-site role for a Baker at Machan Resorts LLP, located in Mawal. The Baker will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of high-quality baked goods such as bread, cookies, pastries, and other baked specialties. Daily tasks include planning and executing bakery production, ensuring consistency in quality, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the food preparation area. The role requires collaboration with the kitchen team to create innovative baked items that align with the resort's commitment to excellence in hospitality and eco-friendly practices.

• Proficiency in Bakery and Baking techniques, with a strong understanding of mixing, shaping, and baking processes.
• Experience with Food Preparation, including the ability to create a variety of baked goods such as Cookies and Bread.
• Attention to detail to ensure consistent quality and presentation of all baked products.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards to maintain a clean and compliant kitchen environment.
• Prior experience in a professional bakery or hospitality kitchen is highly advantageous.
• Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the kitchen and service teams.
• A passion for baking, creativity, and a commitment to excellence in crafting baked goods.
• Formal training or certification in baking and ptisserie is a plus but not mandatory.
