- Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- Handle hot or hazardous baking items with caution
Inventory & Stock Management
- Manage daily inventory levels and assist in stock reporting
- Package, store, and label bakery products accurately
Hygiene & Workstation Cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of the bakery workspace at all times
- Strictly follow food safety and hygiene protocols
Team Coordination & Communication
- Attend and contribute to daily production meetings
- Follow written and verbal instructions with precision
Requirements
- Education: Diploma in Bakery (mandatory)
- Training: Industrial training required; on-the-job bakery training preferred
- Experience: 1.1 to 2.5 years of hands-on bakery experience
- Firm understanding of Metric and Imperial systems of measurement
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- Comfortable working in hot and humid kitchen environments
- Intermediate knowledge of bakery operations and mise-en-place techniques
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and ability to work under pressure
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
