This is a full-time, on-site Baker role based in Bhubaneswar. The Baker will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of high-quality baked goods, such as breads, cookies, and pastries. Daily tasks include measuring and mixing ingredients, handling food preparation, monitoring baking processes, and ensuring the presentation of finished products meets company standards. Collaboration with team members and maintaining a clean and organized workspace will also be key responsibilities.

• Expertise in Bakery and Baking processes, including knowledge of techniques and best practices
• Experience in Food Preparation with an emphasis on creating high-quality breads, cookies, and pastries
• Strong understanding of ingredient handling and the ability to follow recipes accurately
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize and work efficiently under deadlines
• Prior experience in a bakery or culinary setting is an advantage
• Creative flair for developing new products and enhancing existing recipes
