Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for both Baker and Junior Baker positions, located in Bengaluru. The Bakers will be involved in preparing a variety of baked goods, including bread and cookies, following standardized recipes. Responsibilities include measuring and mixing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and ensuring the highest quality of baked products. Junior Bakers will assist experienced bakers in food preparation, learning and developing skills in baking while assisting with daily operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Bakery and Baking techniques, with a strong understanding of baking fundamentals.
- Skills in Food Preparation, with an ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency.
- Experience or interest in making Cookies and Bread with a focus on quality and taste.
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and hygiene in the workplace.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new methods and processes for Junior Bakers.
- Previous experience in a bakery or food preparation setting is preferred but not required for junior-level roles.
