Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Chinese Chef De Partie. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Chinese dishes, maintaining food quality standards, and adhering to hygiene and safety protocols. Key duties include managing a section of the kitchen, training junior staff, ensuring timely and high-quality food preparation, and collaborating with the kitchen team to create a seamless dining experience for guests.
Qualifications
- Proven proficiency in Food Preparation with a focus on authentic Chinese cuisine.
- Strong Cooking and Culinary Skills with the ability to create and present high-quality dishes.
- Commitment to maintaining Hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- Effective Communication skills to work efficiently with the kitchen team and management.
- Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role in a professional kitchen is highly preferred.
- Certification or formal training in culinary arts is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring attention to detail and quality.
