Location: Hyderabad/Mumbai/Delhi
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, prospect, and onboard schools for EdTech solutions in the 6th–12th segment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Principals, Directors, and Management Committees.
• Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase value propositions effectively.
• Manage the full sales cycle — lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations for seamless client onboarding
• Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts via CRM tools.
• Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging EdTech technologies.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3–6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in EdTech / SaaS / Education
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and events
