Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for market development and building robust dealer networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Development: Open new markets and establish a strong brand presence.
- B2B Sales: Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycles and close bulk deals.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers and retail partners.
- Brand Launch: Lead the launch of our engineering-first performance products in your territory.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on market trends, sales performance, and dealer feedback.
Who You Are
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in sports equipment or retail distribution.
- A strategic thinker who can see the big picture while executing on the ground.
- Someone who thrives in a high-ownership environment and wants to build a brand, not just sell a product.
Must-Have Skills
- Negotiation: Strong ability to negotiate and close complex deals.
- Territory Planning: Proven track record in planning and managing sales territories effectively.
- Self-driven: Highly motivated and capable of working independently to achieve goals.
Compensation
