Job Title: Inside Sales – B2B (Individual Contributor)

About the Role:

foundit is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the Inside Sales team. The role involves managing the complete B2B sales cycle, acquiring new clients, and providing recruitment solutions to corporate organizations across India, ME, and SEA regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycle

• Interact with HR and Talent Acquisition teams

• Generate leads through cold/warm calling

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions

• Drive revenue generation and client acquisition

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

• Graduate mandatory

• 1–7 years of B2B sales / inside sales experience

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Experience in telesales or outbound sales environment

• Good networking and presentation skills

• Target-driven and team-oriented mindset

Preferred Industries:

IT, HR Solutions, Consulting, Media, BFSI, Telecom, Dotcom, Solution Selling
