Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Automation Tester with strong exposure to Fintech applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automation frameworks, API testing, and end-to-end QA processes to ensure the quality and performance of financial software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium / Cypress / Playwright (or similar tools).
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing for fintech platforms.
- Work closely with the development team to identify, reproduce, and track software defects.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data.
- Conduct API automation testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or Karate.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous QA improvement.
- Ensure compliance with fintech security and data integrity standards.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in Automation Testing (preferably in Fintech or BFSI domain).
- Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, or JUnit.
- Proficient in Java/Python/JavaScript (for automation scripting).
- Good knowledge of SQL and API testing (REST/SOAP).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, or similar).
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and Defect Management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Good to Have:
- Experience in mobile app automation (Appium).
- Understanding of Fintech workflows like payments, transactions, and KYC.
- Basic knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Notice Period:
Immediate joiner preferred.
