Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Automation Tester with hands-on experience in automation frameworks and testing tools. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of identifying software issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track bugs through defect tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers and QA team members to ensure quality at all stages of the SDLC.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks.
- Perform regression testing to verify software functionality after code changes.
- Prepare test reports and communicate results to stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Selenium / Cypress / Playwright / Appium or similar automation tools.
- Proficiency in Java / Python / JavaScript for test scripting.
- Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.
- Understanding of API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured.
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodology.
Good to Have:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.).
- Knowledge of version control tools (Git).
- Basic understanding of manual testing concepts.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
