Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Key Result Areas:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target potential customers in the chemical industry across South India.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and distributors.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for sales growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Service, Technical Support) to resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead negotiations and successfully close sales deals with customers.
- Monitor sales performance and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Use sales data to analyze trends, forecast performance, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Production, Product Development, and Dispatch to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote products.
- Adhere to company policies, industry standards, and ethical guidelines at all times.

Other requirements:
Work Experience: 4-6 years in a sales role within the PVC/Chemical industries.
Industry: PVC Industries (or relevant chemical industries)
Years of Experience: 4 -6 yrs
Education qualification: B. Tech (preferred), Cipet (preferred)
