Job Description

Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Department: Sales

Division: Chemical Industry Sales

Location: Ahmedabad

Reporting To: GM - Sales

(Functional):Sales Team

Key Result Areas:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target potential customers in the chemical industry across South India.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and distributors.
  • Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for sales growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Service, Technical Support) to resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Lead negotiations and successfully close sales deals with customers.
  • Monitor sales performance and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
  • Use sales data to analyze trends, forecast performance, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Production, Product Development, and Dispatch to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote products.
  • Adhere to company policies, industry standards, and ethical guidelines at all times.

Other requirements:

Work Experience: 4-6 years in a sales role within the PVC/Chemical industries.

Industry: PVC Industries (or relevant chemical industries)

Years of Experience: 4 -6 yrs

Education qualification: B. Tech (preferred), Cipet (preferred)
