Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to prospect and generate new leads through various channels and convert them into prospective buyers. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, conducting property viewings, and assisting clients with negotiations and deal closures. This role requires a highly motivated and target-oriented professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Lead Generation: Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, cold calling, and networking. Qualify leads and convert them into prospective buyers.
  • Client Interaction: Conduct property viewings and provide detailed property information to potential buyers. Understand clients needs and offer tailored property solutions. Follow up with leads to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive offerings. Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Prepare and present sales proposals. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to finalize agreements. Handle objections professionally, providing solutions that satisfy both the client and the company.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Provide after-sales support and address any post-purchase issues.

  • Strong skills in sales and lead generation.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • The candidate must have a bike for travel.
