We are looking for a target-oriented and performance-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our Events & Exhibitions team.

Experience Required:

46 years of relevant experience in sales (Events & Exhibitions industry preferred)

Salary: 35,000 45,000 per month

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong English communication and negotiation skills

Strong convincing power and closing abilities

Proven experience in target-based sales roles

Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-focused

Experience in selling events, exhibitions

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Roles & Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations

Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals

Maintain good relationships with clients

Track sales performance and submit regular reports

Support the Reporting Manager in day-to-day operational activities
