Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve budgeted sales, P&L targets, and primary sales volumes across assigned geographies (primarily CIS countries).
  • Drive order generation and manage Ex-India sales with a strong focus on B2B and tender business models.
  • Explore and build new business opportunities in both private markets and tender segments.

Market Expansion & Strategic Growth

  • Identify and penetrate new and existing markets through private and institutional channels.
  • Support regional business growth through strategic alliances, partnerships, and potential acquisitions of products or companies, in alignment with corporate goals.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute effective market penetration strategies across various sales channels.
  • Define and align sales targets and growth strategies with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Regional Business Strategy

  • Lead the formulation and implementation of sub-functional strategies that align with the company's vision, market needs, and growth imperatives in the region.
  • Conduct business planning activities including market assessment, demand projections, competitor analysis, and budgeting.

Process Excellence & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure adherence to company systems, processes, and policies to build and sustain a high-performance sales culture.
  • Implement corporate and local marketing strategies to support brand and business growth.

Team Management

  • Lead and manage the performance of the regional team to ensure achievement of individual and collective KRAs.
  • Provide mentorship, training, and strategic direction to team members.
