Role overview:
The Assistant Manager – Offline Marketing will be responsible for planning and executing ATL & BTL marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, generate walk-ins, and support sales conversions across projects. The role requires strong expertise in on-ground activations, media planning, vendor management, and real estate marketing.
Key responsibilties:
ATL Marketing (Above The Line)
- Plan and execute campaigns across print, radio, outdoor (hoardings), and transit media
- Manage media buying and ensure optimal visibility across key locations
- Track campaign effectiveness and ROI
BTL & Activations (Below The Line)
- Plan and execute site events, project launches, and promotional activities
- Organize roadshows, mall activations, corporate tie-ups, and kiosk activities
- Drive footfall and lead generation through offline channels
Branding & Collaterals
- Develop and manage brochures, flyers, banners, and signage
- Ensure consistent branding across all offline touchpoints
- Coordinate with design teams for creatives
Vendor & Agency Management
- Manage relationships with media agencies, printers, fabricators, and event vendors
- Negotiate costs and ensure timely execution
- Monitor vendor performance and quality
Campaign Tracking & Reporting
- Track walk-ins, leads, and conversions from offline campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize future plans
- Maintain MIS reports for management review
Sales Coordination
- Work closely with sales teams to align campaigns with inventory and targets
- Support site teams during events and activations
- Ensure quality lead generation and follow-ups
Qualifications & Skills
Education
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience
- 3–6 years in offline marketing (real estate preferred)
- Strong experience in ATL/BTL campaigns and activations
