- Report any observed unethical behavior internally or externally (colleagues, agents, suppliers, or factory staff)
- Understand and implement Eurofins and customer SOPs, instructions, and specifications
- Be familiar with product production processes, quality standards, and defect classifications
- Verify accuracy of production information and conduct quality inspections as required
- Perform inspections according to customer-specific requirements and deliver error-free inspection reports
- Complete all mandatory courses, training, and assessments within set deadlines
- For inline inspections, production assurance, and quality assurance services, analyze quality issues, recommend improvements, track corrective actions, and prevent recurrence of nonconformities
- Resolve quality-related issues in a timely and effective manner
- Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by management
Inspection Responsibilities:
- Use technical documents and customer-approved samples to confirm product compliance
- Apply measurement methods as per customer specifications
- Conduct requested on-site tests following Eurofins protocols or customer requirements
- Comply strictly with customer guidelines outlined in ACB or related specifications
- Capture and submit clear and relevant inspection photographs
- Prepare inspection reports using approved templates
- Submit complete, accurate inspection reports on the same day of inspection completion
Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in an inspection or auditing company
- Approved/qualified to conduct product random inspections as per ISO 2859 standard
- Holding relevant qualification certificates in Hardline or E&E (Electrical & Electronics) fields
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective factory communication
