We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to partner with business leaders and drive impactful people initiatives. This role focuses on enhancing employee experience, enabling business strategy, and acting as a trusted advisor to both employees and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
- Translate business needs into effective talent and people solutions
- Drive initiatives across performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams including Talent Acquisition, C&B, and HR Operations
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted HR advisor
- Coach and influence leaders to improve team effectiveness and productivity
- Support an inclusive, high-performance work culture
- Use data and HR metrics to guide decision-making and improve outcomes
- Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and practices
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering or related HR roles
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making
- Understanding of organizational dynamics and people practices
- Postgraduate/Graduate in HR, Psychology, or related field
