  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients and travel agencies
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate accounts to ensure repeat business
  • Promote hotel services, including rooms, banquet facilities, F&B outlets, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions)
  • Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate corporate contracts, preferred rates, and long-term agreements
  • Work closely with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement
  • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring seamless service
  • Coordinate with the reservations, front office, and F&B teams to fulfill client requests
  • Organize and attend networking events, trade shows, and corporate meetings to enhance business opportunities
  • Maintain an updated database of corporate clients and track engagement activities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and promotional offers
  • Assist in creating sales collateral, brochures, and digital marketing content targeted at corporate clients
  • Represent the hotel in industry-related forums, business associations, and corporate events
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for management review
  • Track sales performance and adjust strategies to maximize revenue growth
  • Analyze feedback from corporate clients to improve service delivery and client retention
