Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, based in Delhi, India. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves monitoring market trends, preparing reports, negotiating contracts, and coordinating sales activities with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. Additionally, the Area Sales Manager will be instrumental in facilitating product demonstrations and providing input for strategic decisions to meet business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in business development, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building and client management
  • Negotiation, strategic planning, and market analysis capabilities
  • Proficiency in sales and business software tools with strong organizational abilities
  • Relevant experience in equipment sales or industrial solutions is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and business development initiatives
