Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Area Sales Manager - HoReCa. The primary responsibilities include managing and growing sales in the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) channel within the assigned area. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key partners, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance. Additionally, the Area Sales Manager will provide market insights, execute sales strategies, and ensure effective product availability in the assigned market.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets, particularly within the FMCG and HoReCa segments
- Ability to identify market opportunities, develop strategies, and execute sales plans
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with key partners and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and propose solutions to address challenges
- Proficiency in team management and leadership to drive performance and meet objectives
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in the HoReCa segment or FMCG sector is highly desirable
- Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram and travel within the assigned area for business purposes
