Job Description

Requirement:

  • The candidate must have a strong background in real estate sales with proven on-ground execution experience.
  • Experience in building partnerships and channel sales will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to hire, train, and manage local teams to scale operations rapidly and sustainably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, scale, and manage Blitz & Offline sales channels for the assigned region.
  • Drive lead generation, site visits, and conversions to achieve business targets.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with brokers, developers, and local channel partners.
  • Monitor and track key performance metrics; drive initiatives to improve productivity and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with central operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and support.
  • Establish local processes for field sales, partner onboarding, and customer engagement.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of the real estate ecosystem and local market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven approach to sales planning and performance improvement.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

  • 36 years in real estate sales / channel sales / partnerships.
