Role Overview
Surya International Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to handle sales operations in Bangalore and Mysore regions. The role involves managing B2B sales, distribution development, retail, and channel sales for solar and electrical products.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales across assigned areas
- Develop and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners
- Handle retail sales and channel sales
- Promote and sell solar products, electrical products, batteries, and inverters
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis
- Build strong relationships with installers, EPCs, retailers, and corporates
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and collections
- Submit regular sales reports to management

Experience & Qualification
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 to 10 years
- Mandatory experience in solar sales and electrical product sales
- Must have exposure to battery and inverter sales
- Experience in B2B, distribution, retail, and channel sales is essential
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Market knowledge of Bangalore & Mysore preferred
