Job Description

ales & Target Management:

  • Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Plan monthly sales and forecast taking into account product shelf life.
  • Monitor and benchmark monthly business against the previous year's performance.
  • Track competition and devise proactive plans to counter new entrants.

Channel & Team Management:

  • Manage channel operations and allocate manpower based on individual capabilities.
  • Mentor, motivate, and guide team members to achieve budgeted sales figures and activity ratios.
  • Conduct training sessions for subordinates on products, selling skills, lead prospecting, and closing techniques.

Strategic Planning & Analysis:

  • Perform data analysis to align territory plans with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Leverage strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to enhance sales performance.

Relationship & Communication Management:

  • Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and ensure smooth coordination within the team.
  • Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and multi-linguistic communication skills for effective team and client engagement.
