ales & Target Management:
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Plan monthly sales and forecast taking into account product shelf life.
- Monitor and benchmark monthly business against the previous year's performance.
- Track competition and devise proactive plans to counter new entrants.
Channel & Team Management:
- Manage channel operations and allocate manpower based on individual capabilities.
- Mentor, motivate, and guide team members to achieve budgeted sales figures and activity ratios.
- Conduct training sessions for subordinates on products, selling skills, lead prospecting, and closing techniques.

- Perform data analysis to align territory plans with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
