- Ability to hire, train, and manage local teams to scale operations rapidly and sustainably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, scale, and manage Blitz & Offline sales channels for the assigned region.
- Drive lead generation, site visits, and conversions to achieve business targets.
- Develop and nurture relationships with brokers, developers, and local channel partners.
- Monitor and track key performance metrics; drive initiatives to improve productivity and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with central operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and support.
- Establish local processes for field sales, partner onboarding, and customer engagement.
