Architect

*Job Title: Architect (5+ Years Experience)*

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architect with 5-6 years of experience to support the planning, design, and execution of factory/industrial infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for creating functional, safe, and cost-effective designs while ensuring compliance with industrial standards and regulations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Prepare architectural designs, layouts, and drawings for factory buildings, warehouses, and related infrastructure

* Develop 2D/3D models using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software

* Coordinate with civil, structural, and MEP teams for project execution

* Ensure designs comply with safety standards, building codes, and industrial regulations

* Conduct site visits and supervise construction activities when required

* Review and approve drawings, plans, and material specifications

* Assist in project planning, budgeting, and timeline management

* Modify and update designs based on site conditions and management inputs

* Maintain proper documentation and reports for all projects

*Required Skills:*

* Strong knowledge of industrial/factory design concepts

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software

* Understanding of building codes, safety norms, and compliance standards

* Good communication and coordination skills

* Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

* Problem-solving and attention to detail

*Qualifications:*

* Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

*Preferred:*

* Experience in factory layout planning and space optimization

* Knowledge of sustainable and cost-efficient design practices

* Basic understanding of project management
