Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate Junior Architect who will assist in design development, documentation, and coordination across all architectural project phases. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of contributing to creative design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Drafting
- Create architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and details under guidance
- Produce conceptual designs, schematic layouts, and presentation graphics
- Assist in 3D modeling and visualizations for design reviews and client presentations
Documentation
- Prepare and update architectural working drawings (DWG/BIM) and technical documentation
- Support preparation of specifications and schedules
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements
Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams including structural, MEP, and interior design
- Assist in coordinating with consultants, engineers, and external stakeholders
- Support project managers in tracking timelines and deliverables
Site Visits & Reporting
- Participate in site visits for documentation and supervision
- Report on site progress, discrepancies, and follow-up actions
Quality & Compliance
- Maintain accuracy and completeness in all deliverables
- Follow internal processes and quality standards
- Contribute to improving design workflows
Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
Experience
- 04 years of experience in an architectural practice
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit or equivalent BIM tools
- Working knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Basic knowledge of V-Ray or Lumion is preferred
- Strong hand-drawing and presentation skills
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
