Job Title: Architect
Our Present daily working hours are from: 10.00 am to 6.30 pm
Sundays 2nd 4th Saturdays are weekly holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in architectural design and planning.
- Prepare drawings, models, and presentations for projects.
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress.
- Collaborate with senior architects and other team members.
- Prepare necessary documents and reports for projects.
- Communicate with clients and understand their requirements.
- Utilize architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 2 years of experience.
- Knowledge of architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with building information modeling (BIM).
Strong understanding of sustainable design principles.
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
