Salary: SAR 6000 7500
Work Schedule (Duty hrs): 8 Hours / Day, 6 Days / Week
Job Overview:
Responsible for planning, designing, and managing landscape projects including residential and recreational developments. The role requires expertise in creating sustainable and aesthetically pleasing outdoor environments, especially suited for arid climates.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop landscape plans for residential and commercial projects
Prepare drawings, layouts, and planting plans
Select suitable plants, materials, and irrigation systems based on climate conditions
Supervise site execution and landscaping activities
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams
Ensure proper maintenance strategies for landscapes
Provide recommendations for improving existing landscapes
Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards
Technical Competencies, Software knowledge and other requirements:
Strong knowledge of landscape design principles and horticulture
Experience in desert/arid landscaping
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software
Knowledge of irrigation systems and plant selection
Project management and team supervision skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Valid Driving License (Preferred/Compulsory as per project requirement)
