Role Overview

We are looking for a high-ownership, systems-oriented Data Analyst who is eager to learn, build, and solve complex problems. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals with a strong analytical mindset and interest in data, automation, and scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert raw data into meaningful insights and actionable outputs
• Structure, clean, and organize datasets for analysis
• Support in building automation workflows and data systems
• Assist in integrating AI tools into processes for improved efficiency
• Work on solving business problems using structured, data-driven approaches
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and reporting

Requirements

• B.Tech / BCA in a relevant field
• Working knowledge of Python
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to break down complex problems into structured components
• High ownership mindset with a strong willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of workflows and systems thinking (preferred)

Data & Technical Skills (Must-Have)

• Good knowledge of Python
• Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Familiarity with Google AppScript or automation tools (preferred)
• Basic understanding of data structuring and databases

Tools & Visualization

• Google Sheets / Excel
• Exposure to BI tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau (good to have)
