Key Responsibilities:- Make high-volume outbound calls to generate qualified leads
- Pitch digital marketing services confidently to business owners/decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and suggest relevant solutions
- Schedule meetings and hand over warm leads to the sales team
- Consistently follow up and nurture leads until conversion stage
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets
Requirements:- Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling / tele sales / lead generation
- Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Prior experience in digital marketing, B2B sales, or service-based selling is a plus
- Comfortable with targets, pressure, and daily calling volume
- Good follow-up skills and persistence
