Role Overview
The E-commerce Executive – Shopify will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the D2C website, ensuring smooth product listing, inventory accuracy, order flow, and campaign execution. This role requires hands-on Shopify experience and strong coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Shopify Website Management
- Manage daily operations of the Shopify admin panel.
- Upload and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, images, variants).
- Ensure correct pricing, offers, discount codes, and collections.
2. Inventory & Order Management
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock syncing.
- Coordinate with warehouse for order processing, dispatch, and returns.
- Track failed orders, cancellations, refunds, and RTOs.
3. Campaign & Launch Support
- Execute homepage updates, banners, and landing pages for campaigns.
- Support new product launches and collection drops.
- Coordinate with marketing team for offer setup and promotions.
4. Website Performance Monitoring
- Track daily website sales, conversion rate, AOV, and traffic.
- Prepare basic performance reports and dashboards.
- Identify issues impacting conversion or checkout flow.
5. App & Tool Coordination
- Manage Shopify apps (payments, reviews, shipping, CRM tools).
- Coordinate with developers for fixes, updates, or improvements.
6. Customer Experience Support
- Coordinate with customer support for website-related issues.
- Ensure smooth checkout, payment, and post-purchase journeys.
Skills & Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Shopify (mandatory).
- Understanding of D2C e-commerce operations and funnels.
- Basic knowledge of pricing, discounts, collections & analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with fashion / apparel brands.
- Exposure to GA4, Shopify Analytics, or CRO tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO or landing page best practices.
