Identify & generate leads for office space leasing

Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients & startups

Understand client requirements & provide tailored workspace solutions

Conduct property tours & negotiate lease agreements

Collaborate with landlords, developers & coworking operators

Stay updated on market trends & achieve sales targets

:

1-2 minimum in commercial leasing, office space sales, or coworking sales

Strong negotiation & communication skills

Self-motivated, target-oriented & results-driven

Knowledge of real estate leasing terms & local market trends

Proficiency in CRM software & Microsoft Office
