- Sales Negotiation & Closing: Drive negotiations and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to provide the best options to clients.
- Sales Tracking & Reporting: Regularly update management on sales activities, progress, and client feedback, ensuring sales targets are met.
Candidate Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales experience (real estate experience is highly preferred)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Own vehicle (preferred for site visits)
