Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify and convert leads, drive occupancy, and build strong relationships with potential clients. You'll be a key player in Hustlehub's growth journey by helping businesses find their ideal workspace.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate and nurture leads through inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Conduct site tours and explain Hustlehub's workspace offerings to prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable workspace solutions.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate records of all interactions and sales progress.
- Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Assist in negotiating terms and closing deals.
- Stay updated with market trends, competition, and industry developments.
- Provide excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 13 years of proven sales experience (experience in co-working or real estate is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
