This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor based in Thane. The Admissions Counselor will manage inquiries, provide guidance to prospective parents and students, and offer detailed information about the school's curriculum, facilities, and admissions process. Responsibilities include conducting campus tours, addressing questions, maintaining relationships with prospective families, and ensuring a seamless admissions experience. The Admissions Counselor will also contribute to enrollment goals through effective communication and service practices.

• Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and general Communication to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Competency in Customer Service and relationship management to deliver exceptional experiences to prospective families.
• Experience in Sales, particularly in meeting enrollment targets and effectively promoting the school's offerings.
• Familiarity or background in Education to better understand and communicate the school's curriculum and learning environment.
• Proficiency in organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
