Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design, development, and configuration of SAP HCM Time Management solutions
Act as primary point of contact for application-related discussions and decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
Oversee application development, testing, and deployment activities
Ensure alignment of solutions with business needs and technical standards
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery with quality standards
Identify, analyze, and resolve application issues and defects
Facilitate knowledge sharing and capability building within the team
Engage in stakeholder communication and ensure smooth project execution
Contribute to decision-making across multiple teams
