We are looking for a dynamic and confident Admission Counsellor to guide parents through the online schooling options offered by The Class Of One. The role involves handling enquiries, explaining curriculum choices, addressing parent concerns, and driving enrolments.
The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following
Lead Handling and Counselling:
- Connect with parents through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Understand the child's academic needs, class level, and learning goals.
- Explain TCO1's programs (NIOS, CBSE-aligned, Pearson Edexcel).
- Guide parents about the curriculum, class format, fees, and learning kit.
Sales And Conversions
- Follow up with the provided leads and convert them to admissions.
- Achieve monthly enrolment targets.
- Provide accurate information and build trust with parents.
- Handle objections regarding curriculum, online schooling, fees, etc.
Coordination And Documentation
- Maintain timely and accurate records in CRM.
- Coordinate demo classes and follow up after demo.
- Assist parents with the admission form, required documents, and payment process.
Communication And Relationship Building
- Maintain a professional and empathetic communication style.
- Provide post-enquiry support until the admission is completed.
- Build strong relationships to increase referral admissions.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confident, positive, and student-focused approach.
- Basic understanding of sales and counselling.
- Comfortable working with CRM and digital tools.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and follow-up structure.
Preferred
- Experience in K-12 EdTech, schooling, or counselling.
- Background in sales, customer service, or academic counselling.
