Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Admission Counselor role located in Noida. The Admission Counselor will guide prospective management students through the college selection and admission process. Responsibilities include personalized counseling, communicating program details, understanding student goals, and providing them with expert advice on suitable universities and programs. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with partner institutions, conducting student outreach, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of admissions progress.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively guide and support students
  • Customer Service and Sales skills to manage student inquiries and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Familiarity with the Education sector, particularly MBA admissions and management programs
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with students, parents, and institutional partners
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required; a background in counseling, education, or marketing is advantageous
  • Prior experience in education counseling or admissions processes is preferred but not mandatory
