Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counselor/Sales professional, based in Noida. The role entails assisting potential candidates through the admission process by providing consultation and answering queries. Key responsibilities include engaging with prospects, explaining academic program offerings, managing customer relationships, and achieving recruitment goals. The Admission Counselor/Sales professional will also identify and pursue new opportunities to expand the organization's reach and contribute to its enrollment objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to engage effectively with prospective candidates.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and a customer-centric approach to address inquiries and maintain satisfaction.
- Experience or aptitude in Sales and the ability to achieve recruitment and enrollment targets.
- Background or interest in Education and familiarity with admission processes is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Relevant qualifications or a degree in a related field is preferred.
