Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor at our Gurugram location. The Admission Counsellor will assist prospective students by providing guidance on admissions processes, addressing their queries, and helping them select the most suitable programs. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, guiding students and their families through the application process, handling admissions paperwork, and maintaining records. The role also involves working closely with the sales and customer support teams to provide a seamless experience for prospective students.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent Communication abilities
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales to assist and guide prospective students effectively
• A deep understanding or background in the Education sector
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
• Enthusiasm for helping students achieve their education and career goals
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred
