Admission counsellor

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Admission Counsellor. The Admission Counsellor will guide prospective students through the admission process, provide information on the programs offered, and assist with enrollment procedures. Key responsibilities include communicating with students and their parents, addressing queries, providing excellent customer service, and working to meet organizational enrollment goals.

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to engage effectively with students and their families.
• Experience in Customer Service and Sales to achieve enrollment targets and maintain positive relationships.
• Understanding of the Education sector and a passion for student empowerment and guidance.
• Proficiency in using technology for managing admissions processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and make data-driven decisions.
