  3. Job Location : Gurgaon
  4. Experience : Zero to 2 Years inSalesVoice Processing
  5. Skills : - Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
  6. - Good computer skills, exposure on CRM, Dialer
  7. Job Purpose : Follow up prospects and enrol them intoadmissions at Footprints Preschool and Daycare centres
  8. Job Responsibilities : - Take incoming calls using Footprints systems and answer all the concerns of parents. Create and communicate effectively value propositionsforFootprints.
  9. - Make telephone calls to the leads assigned by the system.
  10. - Pre-qualify the leads by asking questions about their location, profiles, interests, etc.
  11. - Present information to the lead about the Footprints and Capture and Document information on the leads obtained through the tele calls in the system
  12. - Schedule and make follow-up calls to assess the level of interest of the prospect and remind them to visit centresforadmissions
  13. - Do the follow-up callsforadmissions once the prospect has visited center
  14. - Timely response to all incoming calls and WhatsApp messages
  15. - Completing follow-ups on daily basis as per business requirements and defined workflows
  16. Employment Type : Permanent
  17. Education : Any Graduate
  18. Working Days : Monday To Friday and 2 alternate Saturday working
  19. Office Timing :08:00 AMto 9:00PM
