Job Purpose : Follow up prospects and enrol them intoadmissions at Footprints Preschool and Daycare centres
Job Responsibilities : - Take incoming calls using Footprints systems and answer all the concerns of parents. Create and communicate effectively value propositionsforFootprints.
- Make telephone calls to the leads assigned by the system.
- Pre-qualify the leads by asking questions about their location, profiles, interests, etc.
- Present information to the lead about the Footprints and Capture and Document information on the leads obtained through the tele calls in the system
- Schedule and make follow-up calls to assess the level of interest of the prospect and remind them to visit centresforadmissions
- Do the follow-up callsforadmissions once the prospect has visited center
- Timely response to all incoming calls and WhatsApp messages
- Completing follow-ups on daily basis as per business requirements and defined workflows
