Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for the position of Admission Counsellor. The Admission Counsellor will engage with potential students to guide them through the admission process, providing accurate information about programs and eligibility criteria. The role involves responding to inquiries, conducting admission counseling sessions, and supporting students in completing applications and documentation. The counsellor will also follow up with applicants, provide guidance on career paths, and work closely with the admissions and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and student success.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in counseling, guidance, and problem-solving to support students in making informed decisions
  • Ability to manage inquiries, documentation, and admission processes with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience in digital and offline marketing is a plus for student acquisition strategies
  • Passion for education and supporting student success
  • Proficiency in educational tools and software is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
