Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Education Counsellor located in Noida. The Education Counsellor will be responsible for providing educational consulting and student counseling services. They will guide students through career counseling and educational planning, assist in identifying suitable training programs, and support students in achieving their educational goals. The role involves direct interaction with students, helping them navigate through course selections and enrollment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and counsel leads interested in digital marketing courses
• Understand their career goals and suggest the right course
• Follow up regularly to convert leads to admissions
• Maintain CRM records and update call status
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets
• Share course details, brochures, and fee structure clearly
• Coordinate with the academic and marketing team when needed

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi + English)
• Confident and convincing on calls
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing (added advantage)
• Comfortable with daily calling targets (70100 calls per day)
