Role Overview -
We're looking for a driven and customer-focused Business Development Associate who enjoys meaningful conversations and closing high-impact deals. In this role, you'll engage with learners and professionals, understand their career goals, and guide them toward the right upskilling solutions. You'll own the sales journey end-to-end and play a direct role in driving revenue growth.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy consultative selling, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to build a strong career in EdTech sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective learners through calls, chats, and follow-ups to understand their career aspirations and learning needs
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead qualification and needs discovery to solution pitching and closure
- Deliver personalized program recommendations aligned with learner goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to improve conversion rates and learner experience
- Stay informed about EdTech trends, competitor offerings, and evolving learner expectations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience in EdTech / B2C sales (inside sales or counseling preferred)
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as LeadSquared, Salesforce, or similar
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Consultative selling mindset with strong objection-handling ability
- Confidence in pitching and closing high-ticket programs
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working with targets
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with learners
